Cancellation Policy
We ask that you please reschedule or cancel your appointment at least 24 hours before the beginning of your appointment or you will be charged a cancellation fee of 50% of the cost of your service.

Cancellations made 12 hours before the start of your service will result in a 100% charge of the cost of your service.
Late Policy
If you are running late, please let me know as soon as possible, this way I can anticipate you will still be coming in. However, please understand that you have scheduled a specific time with me and I can only work within your scheduled time as I do have another client right after you. Arriving late means that I have less time to work on your service. Please be advised that the full price will still apply. Being late over 15 minutes will result in your appointment being cancelled and being charged 100% of your service on your card saved on file.
Lash Fills Policy
Please come in makeup-free around your eyes. That means no eyeshadow, eyeliner, mascara, eye primer, concealer, foundation, or powder. If you have to wear makeup before coming into your appointment and don’t have time to remove your eye makeup, please come in at least 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment to remove your makeup. I will provide makeup remover for you. Please understand that in order for me to ensure the best retention - your lashes must be thoroughly clean.
